Six thousand one hundred and forty eight square feet on one level, on a corner lot inside the gates of Spanish Trail.
You come in off the street through a walled entry court and a flat roofed portal, not across a driveway. The foyer opens straight into the dining room and on to a great room and kitchen that run across the back of the house to a covered patio and the pool. The bedrooms line one side of a long gallery hall, with the primary suite at the far rear corner.
The living area and the kitchen share one room across the rear of the house, with a long island facing the seating. The covered patio runs the full width outside it, so the pool side reads as part of the room rather than a separate yard.
Six bays sit at the front of the house on the kitchen side, with an A/V room and a walk in pantry between the garage and the kitchen. Groceries go from the car to the counter without crossing the living space.
Bedroom, bath and closet run in a line at the rear corner, away from the entry. The pool bath sits at the same corner, so swimmers have a bath of their own without walking through the house.
The office sits beside the great room with a powder room next to it, close enough to the living space to use every day and closed off by its own door. Working from home does not cost you one of the five bedrooms.
Furnished renderings of the design. Hip roofs over the wings, flat roofed volumes over the entry, wood cladding on the garage and stone across the front.

Renderings showing the design direction for the interiors. Finishes, fixtures and lighting shown are illustrative and may differ in the finished house. Furniture, decor and artwork are placed for aesthetics only and are not included.

About the plan. This is a furnished marketing rendering of the plan, not an architectural drawing, and it is not to scale. It does not print dimensions, so ask for the dimensioned architectural sheets if you need measurements, and treat any size taken off this image as approximate and measured to the framing rather than to the finished wall. Furniture, cars and planting are drawn for scale only and are not included. Room names on the drawing are descriptive: the house is offered as five bedrooms and five full and one half baths, and that count, not the labels on this sheet, is what is being sold. A floor plan is a working document, and room sizes, door and window locations and structural details can change during construction and permitting. Where the architectural drawings differ from this sheet, the architectural drawings govern.
Photographs, not renderings. Flown over the site on 10 September 2026, with the roof tile laid, the stucco and stone on, and the pool shell formed behind the covered patio.

About these photographs. They show the house partway through construction on 10 September 2026. At the date of the flight the pool was an unfinished shell, the front yard was bare ground behind construction fencing, no landscaping had been planted, and the site carried the trucks, dumpster, scaffolding and materials of an active build. Nothing shown here is the finished condition. Neighbouring properties, their pools and yards, the golf course, the city skyline, the mountains and any view beyond the boundary are not part of what is being sold, are shown from the air rather than from the house, and can change.
A private, guard gated community of about 640 acres in the central west of the Las Vegas valley, a short drive west of the Strip.
Spanish Trail is built around the Spanish Trail Country Club, a private 27 hole course by Robert Trent Jones Jr. laid out as three nines, Sunrise, Lakes and Canyon. The club has hosted the PGA Tour’s Las Vegas Invitational five times. Homes sit in walled villages along tree lined streets inside the gates.
Membership at Spanish Trail Country Club is separate from the purchase of this house. It is not included in the price, it does not transfer automatically with the property, and it is granted by the club on its own terms. Ask us and we will put you in touch with the membership office directly.
The Strip and Harry Reid International Airport are both a short drive east, with travel times depending on traffic.
About the map. The legend lists every Growth Luxury Homes spec currently published. Three of them are in Southern Highlands and this one is in Spanish Trail, across the valley. Boundaries, gate positions and travel times shown or implied here are approximate and are provided for orientation only. Confirm anything you intend to rely on, including school assignment and club membership, independently.
Every interior and exterior image on this page, and the floor plan, is a furnished computer rendering, not a photograph of the finished house. The only photographs are the aerials under From the air. Renderings are produced for illustration. Furniture, decor, artwork, vehicles and styling are shown for aesthetics only and are not included in the price, and landscaping, optional features and finishes shown may not be included.
Designs, specifications, materials and finishes are subject to change without notice prior to and during construction, and the finished house will differ from the renderings in color, tone and detail. Colors and textures on screen will not match the finished materials exactly.
Square footage is approximate and measured to the exterior framing, which is not the same figure a county assessor or an appraiser may report. Price per square foot is the list price divided by that framed living area. Lot size is taken from the recorded plat.
Price and estimated delivery are current as of the date this page was published and are subject to change. This page is not an offer to sell where prior registration is required. The house is under construction in Spanish Trail and scheduled for completion at the end of October 2026.
